Overview
In this Team PA role for the Private Client Group, you provide high-quality administrative and personal assistant support across Leeds and Sheffield to help lawyers deliver top-tier client service. You will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, manage matter files, and support billing and business development activities. The role requires in-person presence four days a week across two offices, with travel between sites as needed. You will work closely with lawyers, finance operations, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and client care. This is an enabling role that shapes efficient support and professional relationships in a busy legal practice.

Responsibilities
- Act as professional first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage files from opening to closure ensuring compliance and quality records
- Provide proactive PA support: diary management, meetings, travel, expenses
- Coordinate billing processes and client communications regarding invoices and payments
- Collaborate with Finance Operations to support timely billing and payments
- Process post and original documents accurately within timescales
- Support team initiatives, projects and business development activities
- Collaborate across Leeds, Sheffield and wider Group to deliver high-quality service
Key requirements
- Experience providing administrative, secretarial or PA support in a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating administrative processes
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and take ownership
- Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across teams and locations
- High attention to detail and methodical approach to administrative work
- Willingness to attend Leeds and Sheffield offices at least four days per week
