Resident Services Insight & Improvement Lead

Coventry City Council is seeking a Resident Services Assurance & Improvement Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of our Resident Services function, using data and insight to drive performance and accountability.

You will work across governance, reporting, and improvement initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring high standards of service delivery for residents.
