Emergency In-Home Care Responder

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking two Mobile Response Care Workers to provide urgent care and support to older people and individuals with disabilities in their own homes. You will respond to emergency calls, deliver personal care, prepare meals, and offer practical support with compassion and professionalism.

You will coordinate with GPs, ambulance services, relatives, carers, and other professionals, maintain accurate records, and assist with CRT duties when needed.
