The Food & Beverage Truck Driver – Heavy reports to the Executive Chief Steward and is responsible for safely transporting goods and materials as requested by the F&B Department. This role ensures timely deliveries, adherence to regulations, and reliable support to operational needs. This position supports Banquets, Events, and Food & Beverage operations across the resort and may be required to assist other departments as directed by management., Driving & Operations

Safety, Compliance & Standards

• Demonstrate professional grooming, appearance, and service standards in line with Fairmont policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding resort operations, events, and guest-related activities.
• Maintain accurate trip and delivery records and report incidents or delays immediately.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle maintenance, safety, and documentation standards.
• Follow all Fairmont health, safety, and environmental policies, including mandatory trainings.
• Maintain security of all transported goods and follow property access control procedures.
• Represent the organization professionally during interactions with vendors, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Comply with all local transport regulations, licensing requirements, and internal audit standards.
