SENCo: Drive Inclusion, Achievement & High Standards

Plumstead Manor School in London is seeking a SENCo to champion inclusion, high expectations and achievement for SEN students. You will work to ensure statutory requirements are met and that all SEN students are fully included in school life.

You will lead on strategies to raise progress and behaviour for learning, collaborating with staff, families and external agencies. The role requires a good or outstanding teaching record and the National Award for SENCOs or willingness to undertake it.
