HOUSING SUPPORT ASSISTANTS WANTED – CHRISTMAS COVER
Flexible working | Weekend shifts | Night shifts | Patrols | Christmas cover | Double pay for Christmas
We are looking for caring, reliable and committed Housing Support Assistants to join our team and provide additional cover over the Christmas, New Year period and on going
This is a great opportunity for experienced support workers, housing support workers, care workers, or anyone with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults, young people and helping people maintain safe and stable accommodation.

- Christmas & New Year cover

- Full-time or part-time opportunities
- Double pay available for Christmas shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing practical and emotional support to residents
- Conducting regular property and area patrols
- Carrying out welfare checks on residents
- Monitoring communal areas and reporting any concerns
- Identifying and reporting maintenance, health & safety or safeguarding issues
- Supporting residents with day-to-day needs
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Completing accurate records, reports and shift handovers
- Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Working effectively as part of a professional support team

- Confident carrying out patrols and welfare checks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights
- Previous experience in housing support, supported accommodation, care or similar work is desirable
