Flexible Zero-Hour Residential Child Care Worker

Pebbles Care is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker on a zero-hour basis to support children and young people across a region. The role includes induction, training in Therapeutic Parenting, and flexible shifts across multiple homes in the area.

You will work with care teams, ensure safeguarding, support education, and take part in activities while maintaining a 24/7 availability mindset and contributing to Pebbles Care’s supportive culture.
