VP of Systems & Network Engineering — RADIUS & BNG Infra

Share seeks a VP of Systems Engineering to own and lead the network-facing infrastructure, including FreeRADIUS proxies, per-partner RADIUS, BNG integration, and provisioning pipelines. You will build and mentor the systems team, set technical standards, and drive scale from 10 to 500 ISPs.

You will work closely with network and software teams, implement CoA endpoints, and ensure secure, reliable operations across global ISP deployments in a fast-paced environment.
