Overview
In this role you lead the technical direction for technology maturation of the GCAP EW system, coordinating with SDAs to prioritize areas of highest technical risk. You align the maturation plan with identified risks and ensure the Statement of Work reflects required technical delivery. You engage senior technical stakeholders to keep delivery in sync with roadmaps and low-TRL development, while contributing to the Technical Debt report. As a key PoC, you advance domain knowledge and establish links with the customer community to capture drivers and concerns, working with PEM and procurement to mature the EW supply chain.
