Overview

In this senior role you shape UK & Ireland marketing, market access and government affairs to strengthen brand, policy influence and business growth. You will bridge commercial, medical, regulatory and external stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives and a scalable MA/GA function. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to elevate the brand, influence healthcare policy, and support the commercial team in achieving objectives. Your work combines strategic vision with execution to improve patient care through market access and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing and market access strategy and government affairs activities UK & Ireland
• Advise on market positioning, policy developments and stakeholder engagement
• Build and scale the Marketing & Government Affairs function with line management as the team grows
• Collaborate with external strategic partners to deliver goals
• Manage communications for the business line
• Elevate the brand and awareness across UK & Ireland
• Support the wider commercial team in delivering business objectives

Key requirements

• Strategic marketing and market access experience
• Ability to influence healthcare policy environments
• Stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Senior/leadership level experience with team management
• Cross-functional collaboration across commercial, medical, regulatory and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Full UK driving licence
• Background in healthcare or medical devices would be advantageous
• Marketing or market access qualifications preferred (e.g., CIM) or demonstrable experience
