Manufacturing Engineer – NPI & Continuous Improvement

ProTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to work on highly technical, mission-critical products. You will influence manufacturing processes from product introduction to production, developing routings, work instructions and tooling.

Essential experience includes a production‑environment manufacturing engineering background, IPC/J-STD familiarity, hand soldering, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
