Senior Care Lead: Dementia & Person-Centered Care

BCG Wheatlands Care Home in Bonnybridge is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care, support the clinical team with medication administration and care planning.

You will supervise Carers, assist with personal care and meals, and work closely with the nurse on duty. A SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required; dementia care experience is desirable. PVG check and UK work authorization are required.
