Overview
In this role you will lead the EMEA Field HRBP team and partner with regional leaders to shape people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. You will influence business strategy, develop leadership capability, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience across 22+ countries. This hybrid position based in Basingstoke offers visibility, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on transformation and growth within a global safety science company.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a regional HRBP team to foster collaboration, accountability and high performance
- Partner with senior regional leaders to shape people strategies for growth, leadership capability and workforce planning
- Drive regional talent initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, engagement and retention
- Serve as trusted advisor on complex organisational, employee and labour relations matters and guide change management and organisational design
- Leverage workforce data to identify opportunities, manage risk and improve employee experience and performance
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance and business leaders to ensure a consistent high-quality people experience across EMEA
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; extensive HRBP experience supporting multiple business units or regions; experience leading HR professionals
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational effectiveness and transformation
- Strong business acumen; translate priorities into effective people strategies with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in employee and labour relations, organizational design, change management, risk management, and employment law in international environments
- Excellent consulting, coaching, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills; credible and persuasive at all levels
- Strong analytical capability using workforce data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and balancing strategic priorities with execution
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus; willingness to travel
