Overview

In this role you will act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across Broadridge’s international businesses. You will partner with leadership to drive people strategies that enhance effectiveness, development, and engagement in a global matrix. You’ll tackle change, restructuring, and M&A related initiatives, shaping how the organization grows. This position offers exposure to diverse projects and the chance to influence culture, leadership, and workforce design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex employee relations matters ensuring compliance with UK law and policies
  • Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Support restructuring, change management and consultation processes
  • Drive talent management including performance reviews, succession planning, and development planning
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to attract and develop talent
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Align people strategies with business objectives and global HR priorities
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Provide insights on people-related risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Lead and support change initiatives including cultural transformation and process improvements
  • Use data to inform decisions and measure HR interventions
  • Coordinate with international HR colleagues for global alignment while addressing local requirements
  • Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years HR experience in an HRBP or senior advisory role
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed or international contexts
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and organizational change
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills
  • Commercial acumen with ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred
  • M&A exposure preferred
