Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Centre’s commercial and operational performance to achieve sustainable growth and strong financial results
• Own business plans, budgets, forecasts and KPIs; manage workforce planning and resource utilisation
• Attract, develop and retain high-performing, inclusive teams; focus on talent, succession and leadership development
• Provide direction to senior leaders; strengthen strategic client relationships; support major pursuits and revenue growth
• Champion collaboration, technical excellence, accountability and innovation; promote safety, wellbeing and responsible business practices
• Offer market insight and sound judgement to shape strategy and future direction of the Environmental Services Business Line

Key requirements

• Experienced operational or business leader with a track record in consultancy and environmental sectors
• Proven commercial, financial and operational acumen; experience leading multidisciplinary teams through growth and change
