Operations Lead, Business Rates – Hybrid

Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office is seeking an Operations Manager for our Business Rates team. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office each week, and focuses on accurate data, strong processes, and well‑run systems to support client contracts.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and the Business Rates team to ensure data integrity, efficient workflows, and ongoing process improvements as the team grows.
