In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for key mid-market customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from IRIS’s market-leading HCM software. You’ll guide onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing engagement, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams. You’ll drive satisfaction, renewals, and expansion while shaping product and service improvements from the customer perspective. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as primary contact
  • Build trusted relationships and guide customers toward their goals
  • Lead onboarding to accelerate time-to-value
  • Drive adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and on/off-site meetings
  • Be the voice of the customer to inform product/service improvements
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and advise on best practices
  • Create customer success plans, monitor health, and address risks
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
