Customer Service Advisor – First-Call Resolution

Angard Staffing is seeking Customer Service Advisors for Royal Mail’s contact centres at Stoke on Trent. You will provide first-time solutions by phone and email in a busy multi-screen environment, delivering friendly, professional service.

The contract is temporary for 12 weeks with possible extension. Work roughly 37.5 hours across 8:00–18:30, with weekend shifts. A three-week mandatory training is required with no annual leave during training.
