24/7 Trader – RWA / TradFi

Our client, a leading proprietary trading firm is looking for an experienced 24/7 Trader to join its growing Real-World Assets (RWA) trading team. The role focuses on identifying and trading intraday pricing dislocations across traditional financial markets and 24/7 digital markets. The trader will be responsible for pricing and trading instruments when traditional underlying markets are closed, using fair-value models, cross-market signals and market microstructure insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade and monitor 24/7 markets, identifying short-term relative-value and arbitrage opportunities.
• Price and trade ETFs and related instruments when underlying markets are closed.
• Identify pricing discrepancies across TradFi, extended-hours venues and digital/RWA markets.
• Develop and execute intraday statistical-arbitrage and relative-value strategies.
• Monitor liquidity, spreads, market microstructure and execution quality across multiple venues.
• Manage positions, hedging and intraday risk in a fast-moving 24/7 environment.
• Help develop new RWA trading strategies, products and market opportunities.

Highly Relevant Experience

• Experience trading on Blue Ocean or other extended-hours / overnight trading venues.
• Experience trading 24/7 markets.
• Experience pricing ETFs when the underlying markets are shut.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional trading experience in HFT, proprietary trading, market making or quantitative trading.
• Proven experience managing live positions and P&L.
• Strong understanding of ETF/index pricing and derivatives.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent risk management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a 24/7 trading environment.
• Ability to work closely with quantitative researchers and engineers.
