Salesforce Software Engineer x4 – CGT13/14/15/26

Overview

You will be a hands-on Salesforce Engineer shaping scalable, secure solutions that support client journeys on our Asset Management Platform. You’ll work within the global Client Technology team to maintain Salesforce integrity, build integrations, and advance delivery through DevOps practices. The role blends engineering craftsmanship with modern tooling and AI-enabled enhancements to drive business value. This is a collaboration-heavy, impact-focused opportunity at scale.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical design and hands-on development across Salesforce (Public and Private)
• Apply engineering standards, code quality practices and governance for maintainability and performance
• Build integrations connecting Salesforce with upstream/downstream platforms for joined-up journeys
• Apply DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and release management
• Contribute to proof-of-value and proof-of-concept builds
• Explore AI capabilities (Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce) for productivity and client engagement
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing

Key requirements

• Solid hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative config)
• Salesforce Developer I required; Developer II preferred; Admin certification expected; architecture/integration certifications desirable
• Proven integration experience using REST/SOAP or MuleSoft
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, governor limits, best practices
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality, well-tested code
• Breadth of engineering experience across capabilities/teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to work with global colleagues across time zones
