Overview
In this role you will manage a portfolio of SME clients within an established employee benefits team. You act as a trusted adviser on pensions and wider benefits, shaping strategic and technical guidance for delivery. You will own client relationships, support benefit solutions such as workplace pensions, group risk, and wellbeing, and contribute to new business from pitch to onboarding. The position offers clear long-term development in a collaborative, client-focused environment at a well-regarded firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients and act as trusted adviser on pensions and wider employee benefits
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients
- Own client relationships and deliver on benefit solutions (workplace pensions, group risk, wellbeing)
- Support delivery of benefits programs and related advisory services
- Contribute to new business activity from pitch through onboarding
- Develop opportunities within existing client relationships
Key requirements
- Strong knowledge of workplace pensions and auto-enrolment
- Experience in FCA-authorised employee benefits consultancy or financial corporate adviser environment
- Comfort managing senior client relationships and presenting to executive teams and employee groups
- Advising on contribution structures, salary sacrifice, and provider strategy
