Overview
In this role you will own and drive a digital marketing and business plan for new and existing clients, partnering with a senior team to win and develop enterprise accounts. You will leverage insights from website performance and marketing technologies to shape initial recommendations. You’ll craft proposals, pitches and tender responses, presenting to executive stakeholders. Your impact lies in growing profitable client relationships and expanding opportunities within key accounts. The role offers a chance to shape digital initiatives for world‑leading brands in a growing agency environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Utilise digital performance insights to propose initial improvements
- Write proposals, pitches and tender documents; present to board-level stakeholders
- Ensure account profitability and growth through strong relationships and opportunity spotting
- Gather and document client digital project requirements
- Keep abreast of digital projects to broaden the portfolio offered
Key requirements
- Around 5 years in business development, with a proven track record in winning new business
- Experience in a digital agency or marketing-related service
- History of meeting/exceeding sales targets with enterprise clients
- Understanding of digital marketing and enterprise web technologies (CRM integration, headless CMS)
- Ability to build rapport and manage senior stakeholder relationships
