Senior Care Lead – Dementia & Residential Care (22h)

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide person-centred care in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. In this 22-hour-per-week role you will plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, and you will lead a team of care assistants.

You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintain records, and help residents with daily activities, including meals and social activities.
