Performance Strategy Business Analyst

Overview

As a Principal Director in Partners in Performance, you build senior client relationships, lead major transformation projects, and drive lasting business improvement. You’ll shape strategic outcomes while developing existing and new client engagements, including business development and acquisitions. Your track record in strategy consulting, large-scale delivery, and frontline productivity underpins impact across global client teams. You’ll lead with integrity, coach teams, and deliver sustained results that align with Accenture’s performance-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with senior client staff to secure and sustain engagements
• Head up major transformation projects and ensure lasting impact in business improvement
• Drive business development, nurture existing client relationships, and pursue new acquisitions
• Lead, coach and empower teams to deliver results and ensure recommendations are sustained
• Apply a strong strategy consulting toolkit to deliver large-scale change and productivity improvements

Key requirements

• Outstanding academic results
• Bachelor in Engineering, Commerce/Economics or Mathematics/Science (strong emphasis on quantitative skills)
• MBA would be an advantage
• Proven track record of delivering targets under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coach, influence, and build trust with senior managers
• Experience leading teams and guiding younger consultants to deliver outcomes
• Strong communication skills with ability to construct compelling, fact-based arguments
• Ability to influence, multitask, and manage deadlines
