Senior Carer – Residential Care Home

Overview

In this role you will lead a care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will train and supervise staff, delegate on shift, and support medication administration and ordering. You will review and update care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses, and residents’ families. Responsibilities

• lead and develop a team of care staff

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• previous experience in a residential care setting
