Residential Care Lead – Senior Carer

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to join our care home team in the Guildford area. You will lead a team of care staff on shifts, ensuring warm, person-centred support and maintaining high standards of dignity and respect for residents.

You will administer and order medications, review care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families to coordinate care.
