Overview

In this role you lead fire risk consultancy delivery for a diverse client base within a multidisciplinary team. You own technical quality, project program, and client outcomes, while reviewing complex instructions and ensuring compliant outputs. You mentor consultants and help grow the team, contributing to cross‑functional bids and integrated project delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of fire risk consultancy services across a broad client base
• Take ownership of technical quality, programme, and client outcomes
• Carry out and review fire risk assessments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Oversee complex instructions with technical review and direction
• Mentor consultants and contribute to team planning and capability development
• Collaborate across the business on multidisciplinary bids and projects
• Build and maintain client relationships to support long-term growth and repeat work
• Maintain high standards in reporting and client communication
