Refuse Loader (Bin Man)

Job Title: Refuse Loader

Location: Malvern

Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 (Overtime available)

Pay: £12.71 (£13.29 after 12 weeks)

Contract: temp to perm

A local authority is looking for a Refuse Loader to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a regular Monday to Friday position, with opportunities for overtime and the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting commercial and domestic waste and loading it onto refuse wagons
• Working in all weather conditions
• Carrying out physically demanding duties, including lifting heavy bags
• Being flexible and willing to work regular overtime when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Refuse Loader is beneficial but not essential
• Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling
• This assignment is subject to a DBS check
