Digital Design Coordinator (Structural)

Overview

In this role you support the structural discipline within HDR’s Building Engineering Services group, helping to create and manage digital design outputs for BIM models. You work under architects/engineers to develop accurate discipline models, produce detailed drawings, and maintain project data for effective delivery. You will collaborate across disciplines to enable high-quality, digital design outputs that underpin sustainable, advanced infrastructures. Responsibilities

• Support the discipline model development under supervision of Architects/Engineers
• Assist in creating discipline models, systems, content, and digital delivery outputs
• Model BIM elements in correct constraints using current 3D software
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams
• Maintain discipline model data (coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets)
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modelling output

Key requirements

• Understanding and working knowledge of Revit and document management infrastructure
• Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits
