Responsibilities

• Manage and progress residential transactions from instruction to completion for landlord/tenant, buyer/seller, development, investment, and related matters
• Review case files and liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Draft and review legal documents
• Write articles and participate in marketing events
• Lead training for the team and contribute at departmental meetings
• Support junior solicitors and paralegals

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5-7 years PQE in residential property
• Proven track record in the full range of residential real estate transactions
• Excellent legal technical knowledge and commitment to CPD
• Client-focused and commercially aware
• Work efficiently and accurately under pressure
