Apprenticeship Lead Tutor – Adult & Work Skills

Coventry City Council is seeking a skilled and passionate educator to take on a leadership role delivering high-quality apprenticeship and adult learning programmes across Coventry. You will shape curriculum design, support learner progression, and contribute to continuous improvement across pathways.

Working with tutors, employers and stakeholders, you will oversee assessments, progress reviews, EPA readiness, and Gateway compliance, while helping recruit and mentor learners.
