Staff Engineer – Web Platform & Growth Tech

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is building the future of customer experience. As our Staff Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of Fin’s web platform and lead across marketing, analytics, design, data science, and engineering teams.

You’ll own architecture, define long‑term strategy for scalability and reliability, mentor engineers, contribute code hands-on, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fast, measurable web experiences.
