Business Analyst – Investment Banking – London – Hybrid – Inside IR35

My client seeks a seasoned Business Analyst from within the Investment Banking arena, to join a team with focus on IT Change ensuring it is aligned to the correct priority, queue and delivered. You will work in a designated tower, working closely with Architects – Solution & Data, who will define the solution ensuring aliignment to the strategy, standards and roadmaps.

Mandatory Experience

• Experienced Business Analyst within Investment/Trading/Security Banking
• Experienced as a Business Analyst within Financial Crime Risk Management or Financial markets or securities settlement
• Experienced in working on complex projects
• Self sufficient to own a project and drive outcomes
• A solid track record in delivering technical / software development projects within a financial or regulated environment
• Business Analyst – Full end to end lifecycle experience
• Proven experience working within agile/scrum methodologies
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle to include applications in an agile context
• Jira / Confluence for project management and documentation
• Qualified Business Analyst supported with commercial experience

Desirable Experience

• Data Management (data journeys, analysis, integration / migration)
• Agile methodologies in Waterfall environments
• Certified in Agile, DevOps for delivery
• SC Clearance or willing to undertake
