Assistant Service Manager: Lead Care Teams in Social Care

United Response in Spennymoor, Durham, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to help lead and develop high-quality services for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

You’ll work alongside the Registered Manager, supervise staff teams, ensure safeguarding and CQC compliance, and support rota planning and day-to-day operations to deliver person-centred support and excellent outcomes.
