Independent Prescriber Clinical Pharmacist – GP Practice (3 days)

The Colne Practice in Rickmansworth is seeking a qualified clinical pharmacist to join the team for three days per week (Mon-Wed, 9am–5pm, negotiable). You will clinically assess patients, offer medication expertise, and provide reviews and education by face-to-face, phone, or notes.

You will plan and monitor long-term care, support public health campaigns, and liaise with hospital teams as needed. Applicants should hold a pharmacy degree with GPhC registration and be a qualified independent
