Outreach Mental Health Nurse – Inclusion Health Homelessness

NSFT is recruiting an Inclusion Health and Homelessness Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) for a 1-year pilot delivering care to people experiencing homelessness in South Norfolk and Broadland.

The post is split 2 days of initial assessments with City CMHT and 3 days of outreach with the IHHT; training and professional development are supported, and the team values recovery, holistic care, and flexible, compassionate practice.
