Luxury Concession Lead — Drive Sales & Clientele

Dinny Hall is seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead the Liberty London concession. You will own the concession’s performance, develop a strong client base and lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates are commercially driven with luxury retail/sales leadership experience, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This is a hands-on role on the shop floor, reporting to senior management.
