St John’s Hospice is seeking two skilled and compassionate nurses to join our Hospice at Home team, covering North Lancashire, South Lakeland and surrounding areas. One post will be based at the Lancaster Hospice, the other from Windermere, with duties in patients’ homes across the catchment.
The role delivers specialist palliative and end-of-life care in familiar home settings, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
