Utility Delivery Manager – Residential Developments

Berkeley Group is seeking a Utility Manager to plan, procure and oversee utility infrastructure across developments from land acquisition to completion. You will ensure capacity, diversions, connections and delivery align with programmes and budgets, while managing relationships with providers and contractors.

Essential experience includes managing utility projects within residential development, with strong project and negotiation skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
