Swindon Workshop Engineer – Plant & Heavy Equipment

NEOS Engineering Recruitment in Swindon is seeking a Workshop Engineer to service, maintain and repair plant and construction equipment from the workshop. You will diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems and carry out routine inspections to keep equipment ready for hire.

This permanent role offers a basic salary of £40,000–£43,000 with overtime, training and development, and clear career progression within an established plant hire business.
