Overview
As a Project Surveyor, you will oversee residential developments from start to finish, working from our West London office with site visits as needed. You’ll support a busy commercial team on high-quality London projects, including RC frame builds. This role offers long-term growth within a reputable developer with a strong development pipeline. You’ll contribute to delivering exceptional homes that meet residents’ aspirations, shaping thriving communities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee new build residential developments from inception to completion
- Coordinate and attend site visits to monitor progress
- Engage in RC frame projects and related construction activities
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure project delivery and commercial viability
Key requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with a residential developer or main contractor
- Experience on new build residential developments from start to finish
- RC frame experience
- London-based project experience ideal
