Pensions Data Consulting Director

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of pensions data solutions for a portfolio of UK schemes, guiding cross-functional teams to resolve data problems and build strategic data approaches. You will act as a trusted adviser to pension managers, trustees, and administrators, shaping client deliverables and enhancing the client experience. You’ll collaborate with WTW colleagues and third parties to drive value and commercial outcomes. This is a hybrid, multi-office opportunity that combines technical insight with stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute data strategies to deliver client value and commercial outcomes
• Serve as the trusted data adviser to Pension Managers and Trustee boards
• Deliver an enhanced client experience across Data Solutions services
• Develop strong relationships with clients, administrators, actuaries, and legal advisers
• Oversee a project team to deliver pensions data projects for UK schemes
• Assess, create, and fix pensions data; collaborate with WTW teams and third parties
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and scope/cost new engagements

Key requirements

• Strong consulting skills and ability to present technical material clearly
• Good knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pension Scheme provisions and legislation
• Experience creating impactful client deliverables and presenting at meetings
• Experience leading multiple projects and estimating scope and cost
• Ability to balance client satisfaction with expanding offerings and commercial targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
