Overview

In this role you will lead high-priority change initiatives within Asset & Wealth Management, partnering with Deal Execution, Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to realize benefits. You will structure complex business and technical challenges, applying governance tools to deliver on time, on budget and with high quality. You will manage risks, issues and dependencies across the lifecycle and influence stakeholders to drive optimal solutions. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching teammates and communicating clearly to diverse audiences. This is a strategic opportunity to shape large-scale programs that support the firm’s client-focused mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives and ensure timely delivery
• Apply appropriate methodologies and governance to changes and implementations
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies across the lifecycle
• Influence stakeholders to secure buy-in and optimal solutions
• Provide governance, status reporting and test execution oversight
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance
• Collaborate with Deal Execution, Sales, Product, Operations and Engineers to realize benefits

Key requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in a comparable role
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and data gathering skills
• Change management skills including business case definition, scope, risk and dependency articulation, status reporting and test execution
• Proven track record of driving solutions and benefits delivery
• Experience in empowerment, transparency, conflict resolution on large-scale programs
• Hands-on with ability to coach team members for high performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder interaction
