Private Funds Associate — London (Hybrid)

Simmons & Simmons in London is seeking an ambitious Associate (1-3 PQE) to join our Private Funds team. You will advise asset managers, fund sponsors and investors on establishment, structuring, operation and ongoing regulation of private investment funds.

The role involves drafting and negotiating fund documentation, investor side letters and related communications, supporting fundraising and ongoing fund matters, and collaborating with tax, regulatory and corporate specialists.
