Autonomous Palliative Care ANP – Community Lead

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust in Longsight is seeking an autonomous Specialist Palliative Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical management for patients with specialist palliative care needs in a community setting.

You will deliver advanced assessments, prescribe and evaluate treatments, and use complex communication skills to support patients and families, with a focus on advance care planning and end-of-life care within the Macmillan Service.
