Marine Claims Manager – Hybrid Leader, Global Focus

Tokio Marine HCC International is seeking an Assistant Claims Manager – Marine to support the Head of Marine Claims, lead a small claims team, and maintain high service standards and regulatory compliance. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with underwriting, monitor workloads, supervise staff, and review reserves and settlement recommendations within delegated authority.

Willingness to travel to the US and Europe 2–3 times per year.
