In this role you will support the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of HR systems for our global clients. You’ll learn hands-on, growing your knowledge of HR tech while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Provide clients with implementation, configuration and ongoing support of HR systems
- Assist with system setup, data preparation, testing and troubleshooting
- Work with colleagues and clients to understand requirements and identify practical solutions
- Support system demonstrations, user training and client queries as knowledge grows
- Help maintain accurate system and project documentation
- Support multiple client projects, keeping tasks organized and progressing to agreed deadlines
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and make the way we work more efficient
- Develop knowledge of HR systems, technology and HR processes through hands-on experience, training and coaching
Key requirements
- Genuine interest in software, systems and understanding how things work
- Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage different tasks and priorities
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and clients
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions and learn
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Interest in developing a career within HR software and systems
- Prior HR systems experience is helpful but not essential
