NPI Process Engineer – Automotive Launch & Optimization

Omega Resource Group is recruiting an NPI Process Engineer in Buckingham to deliver robust manufacturing processes for new product introductions and launches. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure smooth production handover and project closure.

The role requires 5+ years in assembly manufacturing, PFMEA/DFMEA experience, and a proactive problem-solving approach. A fast-paced automotive environment background is advantageous.
