Senior Solutions Practice Manager

Overview

You lead cyber resilience efforts within the practice, shaping strategy and delivering high-quality consulting services. You drive growth, manage client engagements, and coordinate teams to align with organizational goals. The role focuses on designing resilient, compliant, and tested response capabilities for clients, balancing strategic plans with practical delivery. It offers the chance to influence cyber risk management at scale and mentor a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cyber resilience strategies to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from incidents
• Design and deploy resilience solutions integrated with security frameworks including business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response
• Perform detailed risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks
• Advise clients on best practices for cyber resilience with tailored recommendations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and support audits
• Oversee cyber resilience projects from planning to delivery
• Develop and deliver training to client teams and internal staff
• Stay updated on trends in cyber resilience and refine strategies accordingly
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and value delivery
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including resource allocation and financial performance
• Drive market growth through strategic plans, client targeting, and business development

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) related field required
• Master in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing consulting practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Business acumen in consulting environment
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to align with organizational goals
• Analytical problem-solving and independent work capability
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
