Your future, as an Assistant Practice Manager at mydentist You’ll be joining our Holderness Road Practice in Hull HU9 3LP as an Assistant Manager on a permanent full time basis. This role will be to support the Manager in day to day management of a busy 10 Surgery practice. You will learn every aspect of the role to be able to take over your own Practice. Your future, your role
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a senior position that required some mentoring or supervisory duties
- Commercial acumen such as Business Development experience
- Retail, Hospitality or Events experience would be ideal
- A drive to learn and develop their career
